Do you use a pressure washer to clean a roof??
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! Using a pressure washer on your roof can drastically damage your roof and shorten the life of your roof by many years! DO NOT LET A CONTRACTOR USE A PRESSURE WASHER ON YOUR ROOF BECAUSE IT WILL DAMAGE THE ROOF TO A GREATER EXTENT AND CAN VOID YOUR WARRANTY!! How long does it take for you to clean my roof, house, driveway etc.?
We will be able to clean your roof, house and/or driveway etc. in less than a day. The normal time for the cleaning process is between 3 - 5 hours. We will also replace any outdoor furniture, plants, etc. that have been moved back to it’s original location also.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes! We offer a 1 year guarantee for your roof cleaning. We guarantee that your roof will not have any recurring stains for a year. Normally, you will not see any recurring stains for several years!
